• Mid-morning break for coffee/restrooms.
• Lunch stop in a town on the route (meal on your own; driver suggests a clean place).
• Afternoon continuation toward the Sahara with additional short stops for stretching and panoramas.
• Arrival to Merzouga area (late afternoon/evening depending on season).
• Option A: Camel trek into the dunes (if included): briefing + ride timed for softer light.
  • Sunset stop on the dunes (time for photos).
• Arrival at desert camp (or check-in at a hotel near dunes—depending on package).
• Dinner and free time.
• Evening atmosphere: tea, quiet time, stargazing (camp entertainment if provided by your camp).

Day 2: Sunrise → Return to Fez

• Early wake-up for sunrise (weather permitting).
